It is extremely hard to locate a family on the 1930 Mexican Federal Census unless you know specifically where they might be. If relatives are in a location that became even a modest city, it is hard to locate the family later. You might be able to find them in that area, granted that they stayed.

Try searching Facebook, or other social media by adding the city or state in Mexico that they might be in. You can also contact the actual town where they might live and speak to the local clinic. If its a small town the local clinic keeps records (names) of everyone, their ages, etc.
You might also be able to do search via Registrio Publico (Public Registers) office in the town or state because they keep birth and death certificates and might be able to locate them via that route.
