I have a problem. I need to find someone but Im having a very hard time doing so. (I don't have a credit card so I can't do an online search, I already tried.) I do not live in California anymore so I don't get the phone book. Can anyone help me? Here is some information I have. His name is Hector A. Lugo, he lives in Calexico, and he is 27yrs old. I can give more info but until I get to talk to someone, I am hesitant to do so. For my daughter's medical records, I need to find him. I didn't know where else to go.

try looking him up through whitepages.com or zaba search if you get no results look for people he knows and could possibly keep in contact with. bot of those search engines give you phone numbers and addresses for free. if there is anyway i can help please direct message me. good luck
i am also having this problem, what u can do if u dont have a credit card is buy a prepaid visa card at wal-mart, u control how much money is on it no credit needed, but this way u have a card to use on internet.
I was unable to locate any addresses or phone numbers as of yet. I know you are thinking about paying $$ to a site to give you information. My experience is the information is old and is the same that is out there for free. I will keep looking for you.
Do you know any names of other relatives that I can link him to? Such as his parents or siblings?
