Born 3/19/64 (in another country).
Parents have been looking (they are now in their 80's and in their native Australia) and his sisters (68 and 71, in California) have not heard from him either.
I found a possible match in Winter Park, Florida but have not been able to find an address. (only family listed on the entry is a Laura Barton, one year younger).

Yes thank you. He routed out of the sea org in 2003. It's the ex-scns that are all trying to find him. He has two sisters that are still in that don't know where he went. His brother that was never in (lives in australia) hasn't heard from him in decades. The very elderly parents haven't heard from him in over 40 years. Those that are in never talk to those that are out. and even if you're in, likely you don't know where anybody else is. they design it that way on purpose. families torn apart forever.

parents in their 80's. the pic has oldest brother (never in cult/in australia) his three sisters (two still in- in southern california, one that got out but now deceased). and the toddler is andrew. the person who started the search thinks that a credible person says he did get out. i initially wondered even at that. the cult is very good at disappearing people. and what he went through before he supposedly left, tells me he likely was not in very good shape at that point. a few people think they may know him in australia. but that makes no sense that he didn't contact anyone he knew there. the family left australia years ago. went to england for the cult. they all joined and probably all came to the states except the one boy. then the parents left and went home. kids that are in don't talk to the parents. at all.
what is interesting though, is that the timeline was very confused initially. it seems the two sisters (different locations) didn't even know that he was gone. so supposedly he got out years before at least one even wondered where he was. it was somewhere in the 70's that they went to england. so andrew would have been gone from australia almost his entire life.
i'm getting pretty much nothing on him being here. it isn't good. he likely didn't know how to drive. likely didn't have a DL. may have had a valid passport but whether he had money or not, i don't know.
