How do you know the man in Tennessee is not your father?
There appears to be only one "Peter Victor Grima" in the US. He lived in CA and then moved to Tennessee. There is a Tennessee marriage certificate showing he married in 1990, coincidentally, about the time he stopped contacting you. Unless you are certain he's not your father, you could email him at the real estate site and ask.
My mom saw his picture on the website, she said it didnt look like him, but with all that info you just gave about the marriage certificate-i think i will e-mail him and see. Thank you for really investigating this! I will keep you updated.

The gentleman in TN HAS to be her father. If you look on the property site for Cookeville it has him listed owning property showing his full name with middle name Victor.
