Hi'
I'm looking for research for my family. I am looking for information on the Scroggins family that lived in the Good Hope/Elmore area during the mid 1800's. Possibily on a plantation with the same name. There may have been some Moore's also living near by also on a plantation. Plantation may have been a cotton plantation.
