Depends on where you are, but i'd say that it's doable in most places pretty easily.

Not quite, at least on the federal level, but close.
HS diploma won't get you $60k unless you're a vet; at least not to start.

There is the NCLB (No Colonel Left Behind) model.

That is over double the average household income is some areas.

Depending on where you live, that level of income can support two adults and three children.
