Selling a Burial Plot Using Paypal (accept, year)

Years ago, when DH was a bachelor, he got a great deal on a burial plot. Now that he's married and living on the other side of the country, he does not need that plot.

He called the cemetery to make sure he could sell the plot, and they said it was fine. He can sell it privately but not to them.

Two-part question:
A. How should this transaction be done when the buyer will probably be thousands of miles from us?
B. How will the Paypal part work, or is there a better way to accept payment?
