Abtraveler, do you have other debts? Car payments? Credit cards? Student loans? All these things on top of your house payment can squeeze your budget. Plus property taxes, HOA/condo fees, utilities, insurance, savings, etc.....

Thanks God, nothing for a while, Jbeechuk! In my home country currently we are debt free, except for the regular use of credit card.

But I've been researching the property taxes in Columbus and they are in fact high! That's something to take care before deciding!

I am a lot calmer now, by having so many information. And by discussing with my husband about a possible need of his help.

I believe that everything will work just fine!
