People in the habit of living at or beyond their means, will always be that way .
Those prone to drug abuse will further abuse the opportunity and those that will extort others will have l the more reason to do so.
With fewer jobs, and living conditions becoming more crowded, the constant influx of illegals, things are going to get worse, not better.
The idea of giving money away, will draw even more illegals .
