Im calling TROLL on your post!!! HAHA
Even if this is him, what does that have to do with him needing a place?
Maybe she threw him out because he was looking for a sugarmomma or meet men.
How is your STBX able to "kick [you] out with a court order"?
People can cry to a judge and get anyone thrown out of their home with zero proof.
I once evicted a woman and a few months later the cops showed up with a protection order with her claiming she lived there and a bunch of other garbage about stalking, threats, etc. This was after trying to extort me with a letter in the mailbox threatening to sue me for $5,000 for unreturned items. Lawyer said she was "trolling" and just ignore her.
Cops showed up to kick me out of my place at 9pm. When she went crying to the judge though she listed my address and her address as her residences to bar me from. luckily the judge picked up on that and just signed the order for the address she was at, had she not listed both I have no doubt he would've signed it for my address. The idiots serving it didnt read the paperwork properly and I was at the police station till 2 am until I could return to my house (mostly waiting on a supervisor who immediately saw they had apparently only read what she requested, not what judge granted). I asked the supervisor what my recourse was he said it was basically nothing. Even when someone blatantly abuses the orders they shy away from prosecuting to not deter people who actually need them from getting them.
