Stay away from women. They're a lot of money for what amounts to instant gratification.

I get what you're saying but at the same time many of those 13 year old will be taking out student loans in 4 or 5 years and not understand what compound interest is. Many kids will be far in debt before they actually have money to start looking to understand personal finance If personal finance was taught in school I there would not be over 1.3 trillion in student loan debt, that the tax payers finance. I know when I took out my student loans I didn't take the time to learn about money because I didn't have any. I also thought school taught me everything I needed to know. By the time I got my first job out of college, I had a petty big hole to climb out of.

get a 2nd job or a new job - simple answer ..

we can all play the what if game . but the reality is those who want to fix the situation will fix it .

in my younger days i was focused not so much on debt but on having money to invest . i had 3 jobs going on at one time to make sure i always had the funds .

i was a drummer doing gigs , i had my hvac tech job and i did side work with my own service company at night .

I heard it, but didn't live it. And just this week Jada conversation sharing it with my 18 yo- invest very early and consistently - even starting with $25 a week at 18. It's a meal and a SBX coffee.

Don't get married. If you do, have an ironclad prenup if you are the higher earner.

The odds are against a marriage lasting and whether or not it lasts can be completely out of your hands. Marriage simply amounts to a government enforced financial contract that can place you into what amounts as indentured servitude after dissolution. If you don't pay, you go to jail.

Hard to get a job from a hospital bed.

You coulda made a song and become famous...

"I want my H-V-A-C..."

"We gotta move these condensing units, we must replace this heat exchanger..."
