Did you ask the train administration about the wallet?
There is a lot of honest people around, you may get it back!

Yeah I called Monday and Tuesday but it was not turned in at all. At this point it don't matter because I have already paid for multiple replacements such as drivers license, work id, and bank card which cost me $64.00.

I come home tonight and open my mailbox and someone sent me the wallet in a small package. It's kind of confusing because the ID in the wallet didn't have my current address so I am wondering how the person was able to mail me the wallet?

And it would come now that I have cancelled and replaced everything including the wallet which I purchased on the way home from Macy's.

Well at least someone was honest enough to return it.

Best of luck not losing it again.

Maybe get one of those biker wAllets with the belt chain.

Or carry in your front pocket from now on.

It turned out to be a good thing because I realized I never cancelled my credit card for the store called Mattress Firm. Still odd how the person was able to mail it to me and my address wasn't inside the wallet.

Sometimes you just enter the name of the person, and Internet returns you the address...

The person wouldn't have no reason to look for my name on the internet because my old ID was inside the wallet.

I've found a few wallets let behind at my place of work and if we can't ID the customer immediately we turn it over to the police.

Personally I only carry 2 CC's (in case one doesn't work or isn't accepted for whatever reason) my bank card, and whatever else is necessary such as my license and medical ins card I may have some gift cards in there but my many CC's and ATM cards are kept at home. I've been through the panic of loosing everything before so never again!
