I found a clothing boutique on instagram and I love the outfits. However they only accept Cashapp and do not offer refunds or exchanges. Is Cashapp like PayPal where if I never get my stuff I get my money back? I’m concerned that this maybe a scam. Small businesses have to start somewhere but it’s in Miami so I can’t prove they’re real. What do you think?

Do a little research - from my brief search Cashapp doesn't sound legit, nor does a company that doesn't offer refunds or exchanges.
I think he's referring to square cash which is called Cash App. I've not used it but since it's developed by square I would say it's reputable. Wouldn't this app be used by anyone with a square card reader?
I just don't use anything I don't feel 100% using anymore. I just sent a check to someone to pay for a service, because the invoice she sent me from PayPal would only let me pay her if I signed into PayPal and linked a credit card. I've had problems with PayPal in the past. If I can use them as a guest, and just use my credit card that way, I'll use them. But, I'm not letting them link anything ever again. I had a linked bank account, and they hit it twice without permission.
So, since I've never heard of CashApp, I wouldn't use it, personally.
I understand these companies want to save on fees, but they lose customers.
I used a service that would let me mail them a check, but for online retailers, I'm not using a system unless I feel safe.
You could Google CashApp and see what it's about and see if there are reviews you can trust.

This is what I was thinking when I googled it. It’s the store policy of no refund or exchange that threw me.
No legitimate business only accepts Cashapp or Venmo or something like that, any legitimate business will accept credit cards or Paypal.
I'm guessing this "boutique" your referring to is going to dropship clothing from China aka Ali Express. It may take up to 60 days to arrive to you and they don't want you doing a credit card chargeback a month later when you still don't have the merchandise.
Total shot in the dark but dropshipping from China is a huge thing so I'm guesssing that is what's going on any any legitimate boutique could take a credit card.
Lol it’s not a wholesaler from China. It’s made by hand in Miami but what if it’s crap work? I don’t know if y’all have Instagram but something is off because they’re website is down for some reason. I’ll just leave it until they’re website is back up and they accept other payment options.
I think that's pretty much a sign that you need to shop ELSEWHERE!
