Hi all,
I needed this like I need the crabs!

A customer bounced a check for 125.00. She doesn't answer her phone.
What are my options?

Thanks, E

It is called a false instrument. Send a letter and a registered letter stating that you plan on taking it to the D.A. and that she will be arrested unless she makes good. You can go further, but I assume that you want to be made whole. When you go to the D.A. your chances of that are delayed, to say the least.
