Im graduating college this weekend and have gotten a job at UPenn. I am starting really soon and need to find a place by Sunday-Monday. I have found some realtors including (Berger Properties and University City Housing). People have told me to make sure I stay away from Market but that is the extent of that. I really need some advice of what areas to look for and if anyone has any references for other realtors or the realtors I have listed that would be great. I am a recent grad but do not want to be living in an apartment that is primarily college students. I am looking for a one bedroom for at most 800 a month.

Thanks!

Sublets in University City are plentiful in the summer. You may want to consider subletting and take the opportunity to get a true feel for where you would like to live. I'm sure you can find something through Penn's Housing Office or Craigslist.

Good luck.
