Can anyone recommend a good place for Dim Sum in Chinatown, Philadelphia? I live in Doylestown, and we would be taking the commuter train into the city. It has been awhile since we have had Dim Sum.

I love Dim Sum Garden between Arch and Filbert on 11th St. It's cheap, and probably one of the better ones I've had in Chinatown.

Ocean City Seafood on 9th st just south of Vine. Dim Sum Garden, which is in a sketchy-looking underpass next to the convention center, is known for their soup dumplings.

Oh really? I saw a Dim Sum place advertised in Philly's Chinatown. No diversity in Philadelphia? The 'burbs around it have some interesting ethnic eateries as well.

katnip: Yes..There are some diversities in your area as well. A few vietnamese restaurant and Golden City Restaurant in Colmar isn't too bad.
