Anyone familiar with the Boone Lofts in Norther Liberties. They look nice, but can't find any reviews other than some old (and not so favorable) reviews from 2006.

Thanks!

Don't know much about the Lofts themselves... it's a good area though. Take a shot. I assume it is on a year lease? If you don't like the place much then move to a different place once the lease is up.

Where exactly are the Boone Lofts?
Only asking because I know there have been some places marketed as "Northern Liberties lofts" that were FAR north of Northern Liberties, in a very different neighborhood.

Yes, the draw for me is parking, but reading some not so great reviews about the area. Seems like a giant frat party atmosphere, which I am ZERO interest in. Continuing the search...

That's not true.... some of the bars sure are like that, but the entire neighborhood is certainly not like that. Check out some areas of University City like Spruce Hill or check out Graduate Hospital in South Philadelphia. The Fairmount Neighborhood just North of the Art Museum and Ben Franklin Parkway might be a good choice as well.

I wasn't suggesting that everywhere in Northern Libs is a party atmosphere, just the lofts that are at the Piazza, at least that is what I finding in reviews online. Thanks for the other suggestions!

Yeah, I could see that. The Piazza seems like it would be like that.
