What's a free/cheap site to dump dirt/concrete/wood debris around the center city area??? (Philadelphia: price)

Hey all!

I'm going to be doing a job in CC soon and I'm looking for dump sites in philly around that area that take dirt, concrete chunks and wood debris. The dirt will be bagged and the concrete is, well, chunked and the wood is misc. planks, shards and boards.

Freebie sites are preferred, but if that isn't possible, someplace that's cheap for dumping.

I've found the city waste management at:
3605 Gray's Ferry Avenue
Philadelphia, PA 19146

They open at 8 and close at 4:30 most days. If anybody knows of another dump that's open later and not too far out I'd love to hear about it because my truck is full of junk right now and it's after 5. Thanks
