Will Reading PA ever go through a downtown revitalization, like many cities, and become a desirable urban area? Or will it continue to go downhill, and go into more poverty? What do you see the future of this city being?

I don't know, but Reading beer is really good and I wish it would "take off" and be the cheap beer in Philadelphia instead of Pabst and Miller High Life.

Reading? It used to have some good outlets, but that's about it. I doubt Reading is on anyone's radar that lives in Philly. It's not even considered in the outer ring of suburbs.

Exactly what TBT said. Now there are better outlets near Pottstown and Vanity Fair's stores all seem to be closing. Reading isn't even an exurb of Philly.
