Can anyone recommend an exterminator? (house, buy, extermination)

I need someone to come in on a monthly basis and take care of roaches and the mice infestation.
They have to be reasonably priced and preferably local.
I live in South Philly.

I don't have an exterminator to recommend, but I have sympathy for the position you find yourself in. My family had to actually move out of our house in Grays Ferry a little over 10 years ago because our neighbors house was absolutely infested with roaches and mice, no matter what we did wouldn't keep them out. My father had his own can and would buy the chemicals at an extermination store on Snyder Ave. Roaches and mice are something I can't deal with, thank God I haven't seen one in the house I'm living in the last 10+ years.

Are they affordable? I understand that the first visit is expensive but then do the monthly visits after that come down to a large degree?
My house has been consistently exterminated but I'm not happy with the job. I think he's getting sloppy and didn't even clean up a dead mouse that was in my cupboard that I specifically asked him to clean up for me because I hate picking up the dead mice. Especially when they're on one of those sticky things. Ew!
Do you know their prices by chance?

I'm not sure of their rates; we moved from Mayfair several years ago. I do remember that they were competitive with the big name exterminators and they did nice work. They showed up when they said they would and they were very thorough. They can get rid of any pests.
