I received a j1 visa recently and want to find a job appropriate for W&T programm in Phila. I`ll come to the USA in early july (rather on 4th july) and can work till the very end of august, in some cases may stay till the Labour day.
If somebody can provide me with some info about the work i`ll be very grateful!

Someone asked a similar question over on the NJ board. Don't J-1 students have a sponsor? And doesn't the sponsor provide an orientation, and assistance with finding a job?

Of course i`ve got a sponsor, but "Interexchange" provides assistance with searching for a job only in case i come to the USA before june 14th, but i come only on july 4th, cause my studies end late. So I have to find it by myself!

I don't know any details, but I'm pretty sure some of the amusement parks on the New Jersey boardwalks in Ocean City and Wildwood hire international students. Here are some websites that might be helpful...good luck!
