Well, what's a Karen?

Oh, sure, one can look that up and get "someone's" definition of what that is but if you don't believe, understand, accept or whatever is being talked about, ................................. how can you know if you are or not?

Some "Karens" do, others don't.

THIS disturbs me far more than the woman in your clip. This person should have been removed from the store.

Good gawd. I think that person thinks they're on an episode of the Jerry Springer show.

I am not a Karen and am usually pretty chill and relaxed but I am afraid to complain in public over a legitimate reason for being labeled as a Karen due to being a white middle age lady. So there's that....

Am I a "karen?" I hope not, but I'm sure I've had my moments. Haven't we all at one time or another?
I can pull a full on 'karen' (karen, not Karen) when I think it's called for, but since I'm aware I'm doing it deliberately does that still make me a karen?

Like, you know, the original power trippin' definition, not the stupid racist definition of karen

I'm a 40 year old black man and I will admit (reluctantly) that I was a "karen" years ago.

When I first got out of the service ten years ago, I had this carry over from being a Specialist Team Leader.
Man it was so disgusting, looking back on it. If something wasn't dress-right-dress or if customer service wasn't on point I'd flip out. I was very fortunate that I didn't end up in violent situations. I was just in this conditioned mindset that only time could release me from. A lot of vets don't experience this, but I sure did.

Many Karens don't actually realize they are Karens. And, anyone of any race or gender can be one.

Unless you reclassify it as good old-fashioned narcissism.

I don't think you're a Karen for raising a question. It's how one chooses to do it.
