considering SanCierra because it is close to the school i will be teaching and Chandler Courts because it is less and still not to far. SanCierra had 80 some % recommendation rate on apartment ratings and Chandler Crt only 53%
Any one with info on these areas and or the apartments? Having been a poor student I lived in a not so nice place but still safe and no drugs. Just parents that let there kids run around. This doesn't bother me so much as i am not home much nor let my son run around. As long as there is no drugs, not alot of crime and safe. Also sounded like bug issues at Chandler Crt. can't have that. Any info will be appreciated. Thanks!

What are the cross streets for each complex? I don't know the names off-hand, but maybe the addresses will help us give feedback on the location.

I do know that if they're located anywhere near the downtown area of Chandler where that rapist has been running around, I'd stay very far away. I don't know the exact location that's been happening, but I think it's around Arizona Ave and Pecos, Chandler and Ray.

Chandler Courts is 3800 W. Chandler Blvd - near the Fashion Center
and
San Cierra is 2400 North Arizona Av - 2 miles from Chandler High

not sure of cross roads.

I don't know exactly where those are, but based on your info I would not live at San Cierra b/c Chandler High is quite near the area I mentioned - downtown Chandler - not a great area. The area near the mall *tends* to be a decent area. There are many apartment complexes near there.

Did you Google apartment rentals in Chandler and Gilbert? There are TONS. I can't imagine it would be tought to find an affordable place in a decent neighborhood.

Check our local news for more info re: the Chandler rapist - it's some freak who's been raping young girls left alone in apartment buildings all within the downtown Chandler area, which is a very small area.
