Hey guys, I am a 27 year old single male living in Raleigh, NC and will be relocating to Phoenix in a few months. I'm hoping to get some suggestions on specific apartments for me to live in.

I am intereseted in renting a studio or 1 bedroom in Central Phoenix or Paradise Valley. Safety is my top priority. My rent budget is somewhere between $700 and $900 per month but will go higher if needed. Any recommendation on the apartment names are highly appreciated.

Thanks!

I am in the apartment market and recently looked at Camden at Copper Square and the Roosevelt Square Apartments. Both are in Central Phoenix, are in walkable and safe neighborhoods, close to Metro-Rail and other public transit as well as museums, sports arenas and other entertainment.

Any property managed by Mark-Taylor (http://www.mark-taylor.com) or Camden (Camden Property Search (http://apartments.camdenliving.com/AptSearchResult.aspx - broken link)) will be well maintained and safe.

I have never lived in either but from my experience looking at Camden at Copper Square I completely agree.
