I have a very low opinion of Cox, but if you haven't already tried this, you should start by making a habit of asking for a supervisor, getting the supervisor's name, and calling back the next time. Also, as I posted previously, please be aware that you can complain, both to the supervisory department of the city, and of course you can send a copy of any complaint to the federal level. That's the only way they become aware of problems.

You have an actual contract?

Supervisors are who I have been speaking to, and though my immediate issues get resolved, the following month there seems to always be something ELSE I have to call about. It is tiresome. I just want TV and internet service without having to babysit it.

Yes, a 2 year contract that I was never informed of when I started service.
