city of phoenix finally goes paperless for water bills! (deal, paid)

I've been paperless with all of my other bills for a very long time, have been waiting for City of Phoenix to finally go paperless. I guess they finally went paperless late last year / early this year.

I hardly ever glance at the paper bills because it really clutters up my desk / home, while e-bills are always available at a click of a button. Very nice to finally have my last bill be e-billed.

Any way I paid the last bill one day late, because I had thought it was 3 more days til due date, but when I finally got around to looking at the paper bill, noticed it was due the day before.

Anyone know what the late fee is on the Phoenix water bill? So glad not to have to deal with paper any more!!
