This time four years ago, there were 753 Anthem homes from which to choose, and, only about 40 buyers. Last month there were 146 to choose from and 126 buyers to compete with. A drop from 18 months supply to just over one month. This is according to IN@OUT Magazine (http://www.ioanthem.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=1022&Ite mid=1 - broken link). I knew I was seeing fewer for sale signs there, but this surprised me.
