I don't mind honesty but being rude is not needed. See the info I'm looking for is not high class stuffy people. Info like stay north or south of these areas. You know helpful info.

You're missing the fact that you're asking for something that doesn't exist, even outside of the "high class, stuffy" areas. I think everyone's already told you that a 3 bedroom home with a pool and mountain views will run you more than $700 per month.

pool optional was my response. And my budget was never 700. Saw some places for that price so was wondering if that unrealistic. And with one person that actually gave me some helpful info. You know one person answered my question about schools I appreciate that.

Where you will be working should have a lot of influence on where you live. A long commute in this very spread out place will take money out of your pocket and a lot of time out of your day. Schools are important to you, yes, but there are good schools in various parts of the Valley. And, one can see mountains from any number of places, some closer to mountains than others. I don't know what your rental budget is; looking online can be misleading for any number of reasons. Without knowing more about the listings you saw, it's a bit difficult to comment on how realistic that figure is compared to what you are actually looking for.

As far as bartending schools, a Google search turns up a couple of schools, which may have more than one location. I'm not familiar with them, so I really can't comment.
