Given how the inside looked when I drove past today, I am skeptical that it will be open by 4/11. That said, the Scientology building was demolished in the blink of an eye so I guess it could move along quickly over the next few days.

Looks to be a hit in the Roosevelt neighborhood and adjacent already! Only a few spots open and more to come should be a game changer.

Pretty cool! Glad a food hall made its way down to Phoenix. We got one in Anaheim last year, in the now revived Anaheim Packing House: Nosh Urbanism - The Architect's Newspaper

Will make sure to visit this one next time I'm in the valley
