We are starting to get quotes for installing the quartz countertop for our master bathroom and wanted to know if any one has done it recently and what kind of pricing they are getting per square foot. I see ranges all over the place.

I guess that proves that granite is way more popular.

I think I paid $55 per sq ft for Cambria but I could be way off.

We paid $35 per sq ft for Cambria 2 cm. With 4 cm edge detail, cutouts, etc. it priced out to $53.95 per sq ft. This was two years ago.

I am getting a lot higher price. Around 70-80 installed.

Is everyone happy with the Quartz product? I have read several positive reviews about it.

I like it. I do sort of wish I was able to find a white granite as the quartz has a slight plasticky look to me though.

I did notice that plastic look also. But if it requires a lot less maintanance I think it should be a good trade off.

That is very high priced, unless it is a rare stone, you are getting ripped off.

We are very pleased with it. We spent a lot of time looking before we found the variety that we wanted, got exactly what we were looking for.
