I know theres dozens of factors in what determines how much it will be. I just need a rough estimate.

My dad said I can move into his house and only pay utilities as long as I take care of the place since hes a truck driver and would only be home for like 3 days every 3 months.

It's basically my own house, rent free, only utilities.
I'm moving from a situation where I pay no bills to having to pay utilities so I'm trying to allocate my money accordingly.

3 bedroom house
1200sqft
New insulation(replaced 3 months ago)
New A/C(Replaced 1 month ago)
Double pane windows
Has a pool and the internet said I should run the pool filter for ~6 hours a day twice a day
I work full time so 8 hours a day I'll be gone, aka no lights on etc, and when I'm home I plan on living conservatively so I dont overshoot my bills.

Power for me is about $150/month in the winter and about $250/month in the summer.

Water/trash is about $60/month year round.

Your electric company can estimate that for you. Call them.

Electric runs 90-210 depending on how much the A/C is used.
Water/trash/sewer runs 55-90, depending on the season.

I have SRP

3b/2ba home built in 1958 around 1400 sq ft.

It is difficult to give you an estimate because it all depends on your usage, how much water you will be using, at what temperature you are going to set your a/c, same for heating in winter. We have gas for heating and our water heater is gas too. An electric water heater is more expensive. The price for water and sewer and trash in my area is high. The City of Buckeye raised their water rate about 2 years ago and our water bill went through the roof. Maybe the water in the area where your house is, is not as expensive.

For 1200 sqft, new a/c, new insulation, double pane windows it should be not that expensive.

To give you an idea, here is what we paid in 2016 for 1960 sqft :
Water, sewer, trash : 2,971.00$ (no pool, but a huge yard with lots of plants)
Our trash is more expensive than normally because our trash cans are in ground. I think we pay double because of this. Sewer is based on the amount of water you use.
Gas : 408$
Electricity : 76.34$ (we have solar, so this represents only the taxes paid to APS)
Before we had solar, our APS bill was approx. 1,700$/year with 14 seer A/C unit but our house is 1960 sqft and we are home all day. Our thermostat is set to 76 during the day and 74 for the night. Your house is only 1200 sqft and if you are not home for 8 hours you can set your thermostat to 80 and cool it down to 78 when you are home.

Hope this helps.

Just call APS and give them the address, they can tell you what the bill has been for any given month/time for that residence.
