I know Phoenix Real estate is crazy in prices right now. We are looking for house up-to 350k
We do not know much about this area but came across these new homes
For now plan is to rent them and move after few years (4-5 years)

How is the area? we have been to Phoenix but the areas of Scottdale, Temple etc. do not fit our budget

It's been about 4-5 years since I worked in that area, but that is smack dab in the middle of the warehouse, manufacturing and trucking area of town. Will be similar to an area of Avondale I used to live in where they stuck a brand new subdivision in the middle of a crime prone low income neighborhood. The neighborhood itself wasn't bad, it was the surrounding neighbors that viewed our streets as great places for petty crime and break ins.

That base price of $333,000 - that's laughable. Good luck staying under $400,000, especially now.
