Yes, we'll have to wait and see but 2023 has been good.

He's 110% right about the weeds. It's been nonstop yard maintenance since Jan.

I'd consider a good year to be average, what we're seeing this winter is record breaking snowfall amounts in many of the west's major watersheds. I think what you're talking about is likely climate change, and you're right in that this doesn't refill Lake Mead and Lake Powell but it does make a huge dent in drought status.

Technically speaking, Arizona had a great monsoon last year along with an above average winter, most of the state has no drought at the moment. https://droughtmonitor.unl.edu/Curre...onitor.aspx?AZ
