Hi,

I am 29 yrs old, and am a recently single mother, my credit score is low I was in a car accident and i was out of work for a year in 07, i run a small licenced daycare, and I have a 3 yr old daughter. I am very clean and I can pay my rent on time every month i am looking for a nice home in ahwatukee and would love to move asap, I am having a very hard time finding a place in ahwatukee with my credit score so low would love some advice.

You are likely going to have to share a house with someone until your score goes up. You could start with Craigslist; also, some of the grocery stores in the area have community bulletin boards where you could post a notice or look for someone looking to share a home. Try the Bashas' on Warner just west of I-10. Bashas' stores usually have those boards.

You also might want to start your own thread here, with a title that indicates what you are looking for, (instead of tacking on to another thread that isn't specific to the area you want) and someone may be able to help you.
