Those of you with Cox DVRs, has Cox given you a different box? I've been told by technicians who don't work at Cox that they will refurbish old boxes and not provide the most current HDMI because they don't have enough of those boxes. For example, I have three boxes. Two of them say 8300 HD and one of them is 8240. I recently got the 8240 box and not suprisingly, I'm havin difficulty getting all of the HD channels. I don't know enough about these boxes but if anyone has any experience or knowledge about these boxes, please share. I'm wondering if Cox stuck me with a bad box.

I've actually found both Cox and CenturyLink to have pretty reasonable wait times.
