I left Phoenix as a little girl in 1969. I will never forget it, I still love my state so much. I live in Houston now. I would like to know what newspaper in Phoenix to publish a memorium for my father. He died in 1979 and I would like to pay tribute to him in the city we all loved. I checked on line, but it is difficult to distinguish what paper is what. Many thanks, and if you ever have the opportunity to move to Houston, just don't do it. Thanks again!

Do you mean the largest newspaper in Phoenix? If so that would be the Arizona Republic...their main office is in downtown Phoenix and their website is: Arizona Republic News - Phoenix Arizona Newspaper - AZ Republic Online - azcentral.com

Hope you can escape the hot and humid Houston soon if at all possible.

"and if you ever have the opportunity to move to Houston, just don't do it."

I'll second that. Thankfully, I was able to leave after just one year.

It is rather expensive to place and ad and what not. Hopefully you figure something out. Sorry for your troubles...
