I've been staring at this site (see Bank Owned Bargains Home )for a while now. From April to December 2009 the total foreclosures on the market (seemingly) dropped month after month.

Since January, I started to notice that the inventory has been building up by the week. Pricing (for what I have been looking at) has been edging up from April till December but it seems to have flattened as the foreclosures were drying up.

I was wondering if just more inventory is being released or if home sales are slowing down a little?? I'm guessing that the foreclosure inventory has built by over a 1200 homes (exclusively based off of this site) in the past couple of months.

Is this the beginning of giving back some Valley housing price gains (from the April to December run)?? There have been more than a few "experts" that have predicted this to happen.
