Regarding packing, make sure that if you have a table, especially a big beautiful oak one that you pack it upside down... yeah, I learned that one the hard way. My wife and I opened our truck when we got where we were going and saw that our table base had cracked right up the middle. It was a sad day, especially for her (wedding gift). But I know that that is a moving lesson that I would not have to learn twice.

I used ABF UPack for my relocation from Phoenix to Portland, OR last summer.

It was around $1500 for one relocube, including 3 months of storage.

The thing to remember is that ABF is a freight company, not your usual moving company. They tend to ride a bit rough, so you've got to be more careful in how you pack if you want to prevent damage to your stuff. Additionally, relocubes are kept outdoors in a non-air conditioned environment, so keep that in mind regarding what you decide to pack.

Overall, I had a good experience with them.

I decided to go with Broadway Express since their quote for 10ft. of trailer space was very low and they have trucks that have air ride suspension. They seemed to be a great company. I will post a full review once everything is done.
