Put them in general population, let people know their crime, turn your back and let what will be done be done

You want to play in the criminal world by raping & abusing a little girl .... then the least you can do is face your peers

There is a reason he raped this girl, and usually it is that he has once been raped. I don't condone his behavior, he definately needs to be punished, but someone needs to counsel this kid and find out what happened to him to make him do this. Kids that age don't rape to rape--adults that have had no counseling do that. This child needs some intense counseling and that you do not get in a jail system.
Since you have made the effort to revive a thread that's nearly a year old, maybe you should look at the facts. It was more than just "a child" who did the crime. It was FOUR kids who ganged up on this little girl and raped her. The only injustice would be to let any of these punks get off scot free. When heinous crimes like these are committed, the age of the criminals means absolutely nothing! The victims are the ones who end up suffering.

And speaking of the victims, did you ever stop to think that this little girl who was raped couldn't give two tenths of a damn how old these kids were?! She was still a victim of a horrible incident that she will probably be scarred with for years to come. The last thing we need is more bleeding heart protectionist liberals feeling sorry for these worthless brats and claiming they need counseling instead of prison. What all of them really need is to be castrated. Let the punishment fit the crime!

Maybe you should put yourself in the shoes of the victim instead worrying so much about the kids who did the crime. I'm pretty certain your attitude would be much different if, God forbid, something terrible like this happened to your daughter, or somebody you are close to!

Actually, shadow91 wasn't the one who revived the thread. It was revived with a post that was later deleted. And, I think it was all said the first time around, and then repeated. Thread closed.
