Panasonic GH2...
Best investment ever!

Many qualities even surpass the famed Canon professional cameras... especially the colors.

P.S. Just read the reviews of the people who already own it.
Google some of the videos made by it.

I checked B&H Photo, and here are some rarely mentioned cameras but great values in my opinion:
Olympus micro four third (MFT) cameras...
With 14-42mm lens, which is equivalent to 18-55 APS-C lens, or 28-84mm full frame lens. These cameras also use in-body stabilization which is fantastic, if you would like to be able to use lenses from a wide variety of mounts while being able to have image stabilization. And being an MFT (as Panasonics recommended above), they are extremely adaptable.
Olympus PEN E-PL1: $299
Olympus E-PM1: $499

Panasonic MFTs...
G3: $618
GF2: $380
GF3: $450
