Great idea. Similar form factor to the Garmin action cam but with probably better optics. I hope it's not a fisheye lens

With 160-degree FOV, it is pretty close to being a fisheye.

From owning a Pentax Optio W90. I found out the lens is not glass it's polished quarts and if you use alcohol wipes to clean the lens it will fog the quarts over a period of time..
