Depends on what you want to shoot. For used equipment I've always liked KEH Camera in Atlanta. They're honest, knowledgeable and fair-priced. Good luck. Lou
Tokina 12-24mm is an outstanding wide-angle lens, and highly liked by those who already have one (I do). Check at B&H Photo & Video, or Adorama.
Here is the one at B&H: Tokina 12-24 mm for Canon | B&H Photo Video
Keep in mind that the filter threads (or lens cap) are of 77mm. I would recommend a good quality 77mm Hoya (or similar) circular polarizer for landscapes. This filter does not have to be an "ultra-thin" one, just of good quality, and hopefully with a threaded front so you can use the lens cap to keep dust out. Some ultra-thin filters are threaded only on the side to attach to the lens, and not in front.

Simce you have a Canon, my pro. advice would be :
1.) Tokina 17 mm f3.5...The best lens for the buck! Any where from $179. - $250.
or
2.) Canon 24 mm TSE... The best lens for Pro's. I use this lens constantly for assignments and sessions. For the photographers who are serious about their work and images, I chose this lens hands down! You CAN NOT compare this lens to any other wide angle lens out there. I love my lens. The TSE lens is a tilt/shift lens. It tilts the lens to squares off your image. It shifts the paralax position from a viewer level to the subject's level, fixing the trapezoidail images that often plague standard wide-angle lenses. Think of the old timey cameras with the bellows. Same deal. Two down points.... It's a manual focus only, and It's $1100.! But if you have the money, and you're serious about your landscape and architecture images the 24mm TSE is the ONE!
The Tokina is Great! I've had it for 13 years now! I've banged it, dropped it, and accidently let it roll down the stairs. Still works to this day! My 24mmTSE, well, I'm on my 3rd one. Dropped the first one. The second one is rusting in the Mississippi. The third is being babied everytime it comes out. Love the results of my 24 mm TSE.
I always get my stuff at KEH.com. I've dealt with B&H a long time ago, but they disappointed me too many times in the past. KEH is in downtown ATL and the ship immeadiately w/o a fuss!!
