I love the first snowfall. The feeling of cold to warm me, the white on the ground of peace, of nature. I wish you all could be here to see how beautiful it looks tonight. If only I wasn't so horrible at taking night shots.

You take the photos. I will be content to stay right here in sunny FL until late April or early May. Thanks for sharing. Take some more tomorrow for us OK?

It's pretty to look at -- when it's somewhere other than here. Hope you get out and take more photos in the early a.m. before it gets messed up by traffic and plows.

What was I thinking? (lol)

Come on though, Buffalo is a different place than Bethel. But it's still a first snowfall, right? On the other hand, Alaska and New York are equally picturesque with "dizz snow".

Happy first snowfall!
Always lovely... till the first car drives thru and slushes it up! I miss the snow... we get just 2-4 days of it here. The unusual year aside. It's more of a 'ice-storm knocks your power out for days' place.

There's something about a crisp fall morning and the smell of fresh cooking Coco Puffs in the air that is difficult to put into words.

It hadn't snowed as much as I thought (by the looks of lastnight), today, there's little on the ground. I didn't stay out too long because it's cold outside. I know more snow is yet to come.
