I've heard of Instagram and I've seen some examples, but your particular picture is much more subtle. Very nice. I've tried making some of my digital images look like film, but with limited results. My current camera (Fuji X10) actually has a surprisingly good black & white film simulation mode (with choice of different colored filters), and even the color film simulation modes are decent, but it still never looks quite like film to my eyes. But your shots actually do!
One of these days I'm going to do a quick tutorial on how to get the film look. I'll let you know when I do.
