I see. The city got yelled at for the debacle that started a year ago and lasted for a week pretty badly so i doubt you'd be as happy last year with snow removal as you are this year.

Everywhere I've ever lived, I've had to pay for trash pickup. There's one right there. And yes, it was usually more than $52 a year.

It looks like they forgot to take the construction crane off the top of it until it was too late! My son asked the CEO about that crane-looking-thing on take-your-child-to-work day. LOL
