Default village in the park apts
my daughter is moving to village in the park aptments on marshall rd in pittsburgh pa . could anyone tell me of the area as far as crime and safety rates or the apartments themselves.she is moving from a relatively "safe" area and i'd like to know if she is going to worse. ty
