yeah, that's one of the things i saw (but far from the only thing). it's a great post and i'm glad it's being shared so widely, and received so positively. hopefully it will prompt at least some local media outlets to talk about it.

For future reference - as long as the course remains largely the same as it has been the past several years, you can indeed escape the "inner ring" of the Marathon by taking Bigelow into downtown, then Ross St underneath the Blvd of the Allies and from there you can get at the Parkway on-ramps at the end of Grant St.
