Just behind Washington, Seattle, Minneapolis and Atlanta.

No Cleveland, Youngstown, Philadelphia or Canton on the list at all.

Just because one person here has a Cleveland fetish doesn't mean that we need to point out every time it ranks worse than Pittsburgh on some list. Besides, we don't need anybody on the Cleveland board crying about how "arrogant" or "obsessed" we are, supposedly.

Yes, also because hidden in the article is this: **Pittsburgh residents were more likely to use a library than residents of any other city except for Cleveland.**

There is no other city forum on CD that I have visited where these lists are taken so seriously, or even posted, for the most part.

I doubt the article's accuracy.
Driver manual clearly states you can drive in the passing lane when you're, well, passing other cars.
Many people here drive slowly in the passing lane, local or highway, which drives me nuts.
Apparently people in Pittsburgh aren't literate enough to comprehend this simple concept.

Ironically, a friend of mine from south Georgia who took a business trip to Pittsburgh three years ago told me that one thing that stood out to him was the way people moved over when he wanted to pass on the highway.

Truth is, there are left lane hogs everywhere. I've been to 34 states and I've dealt with this problem in each one. In fact, the most infuriated I've ever been by a left lane hog was on I-95 near Richmond, VA. ******* knew what he was doing too, going 50 in a 65 zone right next to an 18-wheeler flatbed with a load. Even the trucker blew his horn at the guy. (The car had a Virginia plate, just so you know.)
