Can anyone recommend any cleaning companies? I need one who has a larger staff to handle a large apartment community. They'll be cleaning hallways, grounds and a large clubhouse. Their staff will be onsite daily due to the size of the property. They must have commercial insurance also. Thanks in advance!

It sounds like you might want to just directly hire your own cleaners if they are going to be a daily necessity.

You might want to join your local chamber so you can network with other businesses who can also share recommendations for vendors. Another resource could be Angie's List
Angie's List | Find a Local Business, Ratings, Reviews, Deals | , although I believe they focus on home service providers. I did a quick scan and it looks like these two companies had high ratings and do commercial work: Sueli's and Haddad

Most management companies do not hire their own staff to clean. I am looking for a large cleaning company. Thanks for the feedback

We found one who will be cleaning our buildings. We have over 125 buildings within 57 acres so I'll keep my fingers crossed they can do what the contract states.
