Actually, the most effective counter-petition would've been to buy some tickets. From what I heard, only about half of the seats had been sold anyway, and they went on sale long before the whole thing made the news. Also, it was reported that some people had been requesting refunds. That was all probably more of a factor than the petition...

That too. Either way, I have no sympathy for people who complain about outcomes they made no effort to stop.

I highly doubt that woman's petition had anytying to do with the cancellation, probably has more to do with the multiple sexual assault allegations & the fact that most people would find attending said show in poor taste.

It is nice to live in a city where most of the population has the decency and the respect for women to not buy tickets to a show staring a known sex offender.
